Albion Environmental Ltd were recently asked to review site management and operations for a HWRC (Household Waste Recycling Centre).
After a complete review Albion put forth several proposals, varying from minor amendments to current operations to a complete overhaul of the entire site. Obviously the different proposals involved different costs to the client. In the end our client opted for a complete overhaul of site which was then project managed by Albion.
