Driving in the Waste Industry CPC Training

Drivers working within the Waste Management sector often have to meet certain requirements to be compliant with current waste legislation and with this in mind Albion Environmental Ltd has developed a JAUPT approved Driver CPC training course ‘Driving in the Waste Industry’. This course is also suitable for drivers within the construction industry as they frequently move waste such as road excavation material etc.

The course counts towards 7 hours of Driver CPC training and covers the following subjects:

• The use of the European Waste Catalogue (EWC) & List of Wastes (LoW)
• Completing a Non Hazardous Waste Transfer Note
• Duty of care requirement with storage, transfer and disposal of waste materials

In addition to this course we are also registered with JAUPT to deliver the below 7 hour DPC course:

• Driver CPC – Safe Moving and Handling
• Driver CPC – Health and Safety in the Workplace
• Driver CPC – First Aid in the Workplace
• Driver CPC – Fire Safety ADR
