New Waste Tyre Regulations For Scottish Operators

From 30th March 2016 new waste tyre licensing rules came into effect in Scotland in a bid to clamp down on illegal operators. The new regulations require all operators who store or process waste tyres to hold a Waste Management Licence and those who are currently exempt must apply for a licence prior to 30 September 2016 or cease operations.  The new legislation supersedes
