New Waste Tyre Regulations For Scottish Operators

From 30th March 2016 new waste tyre licensing rules came into effect in Scotland in a bid to clamp down on illegal operators. The new regulations require all operators who store or process waste tyres to hold a Waste Management Licence and those who are currently exempt must apply for a licence prior to 30 September 2016 or cease operations.  The new legislation supersedes

Albion receives ELCAS approval for Waste Management Qualifications

Albion Environmental are delighted to announce that a selection of our Waste Management qualifications now have MOD ELCAS approval in addition to previously approved Facilities Management and IOSH courses.  There has been recent interest from service personnel who wish to pursue a career within the Waste and Resource sector and this approval will assist the funding of gaining a recognised qualification.
