\’Albion Environmental Ltd have recently been appointed Engineering and CQA Supervisors by Highland Council for the construction of a new waste cell and the capping and restoration of a completed cell. Construction works for for the new cell include the installation of a BES layer, HDPE liner and leachate drainage layer. The capping works include the installation of a HDPE capping membrane and placement of a restoration layer. The costs for the construction, capping and restoration works is in excess of £1,000,000.
Albion Environmental are also responsible for the completion and submission of the completed CQA Verification Report to SEPA.\’
