The Scottish Waste Industry Training Competency and Health & Safety (SWITCH) Forum is holding its second good practice event focusing on leadership, competence and safety. The event will see the launch of the new Resource Management Competence Framework, self-assessment tool and user-guide. Speakers will highlight the inter-relationship and importance of the 3 themes of leadership, competence and safety.
