Albion Environmental is delighted to announce that we have been named UK Business of the Year: Gold (2–49 staff) at the prestigious Investors in People Awards 2025.
Earlier this month, some of the team travelled to London to attend the IIP Awards 2025, joining over 750 people from across the UK who are committed to creating outstanding workplaces. To be recognised on a national stage—and among such inspiring finalists—is an achievement we are extremely proud of.
This award reflects something at the very heart of our organisation: our people. At Albion, we believe that investing in our staff is not only the right thing to do, but essential to delivering the high-quality environmental consultancy, training, and support our clients rely on. The dedication, skill, and professionalism of our team are what make achievements like this possible.
The Investors in People framework has provided a strong foundation for continual improvement within our organisation. Achieving Gold was a significant milestone, but being named UK Business of the Year demonstrates the impact of the culture we have built together—one centred around development, wellbeing, and shared success.
While we are thrilled with this recognition, we are far from finished. Our focus now shifts to the next goal: achieving Investors in People Platinum, the highest level of accreditation. This will require ongoing commitment, collaboration, and innovation—and we are confident that the strength of our team will take us there.
