Albion is proud to congratulate Robert Adam, Porter Supervisor at NHS Ayrshire & Arran, on successfully completing his CIWM CoTC: High Risk Operator Competence for Managing Transfer of Hazardous Waste. Robert was one of the fastest candidates we’ve ever had to complete this qualification and he is already putting his learning into practice across the waste operations at Ailsa Hospital and beyond.
In this short video, Albion Chairman, Alasdair Meldrum presents Robert with his certificate and speaks with him about his motivation, the gaps he discovered in day-to-day waste processes, and how the qualification has helped him make meaningful improvements on site.
Robert also reflects on the support he received from both the Albion team and NHS colleagues, and how the training has strengthened his confidence, capability and contribution across departments.
