SWITCH Competence Assessment Tool Launch

As a SWITCH Network member Albion Environmental Ltd would like to bring your attention to the newly published SWITCH Competence Assessment Tool which is now available to download from Zero Waste Scotland’s website and will shortly be available via CIWM Scotland website. It is designed to help managers, supervisors and team leaders who work in waste and resource management to assess individuals and their teams against a range of competences and skills relevant to their job roles. Information can then easily be transferred across onto an easy-to-read Team Dashboard to show areas for development across the team.

It is simple, easy to use and free for all staff working in the resource management industry. Also available to download is a User Guide, giving you a step-by-step guide through the process and an employers’ handbook, Embedding Competence, which explains the idea and benefits to you in using the framework and tool.
