Household Waste Recycling App
Albion Environmental have developed the ‘MyBins’ App, a digital waste management tool designed for councils, to be used by residents, to manage their household waste and bin collections.
What does it do?
The MyBins App is a colour-coded bin collection calendar, to help you keep on top of bin collections, without having to keep a paper calendar. Users can enable reminder notifications for select times, so they will never miss another collection. The MyBins App also includes the ‘Which Bin?’ waste search tool to help users recycle and manage their waste in line with local authority schemes.
The MyBins App launched with South Ayrshire Council in 2020, with great success. Watch how the SAC MyBins App is used by South Ayrshire residents.
The MyBins App provides users with:

Purchase and Implementation
Albion Environmental can modify the app for individual local authorities and support the design, development and implementation across the council.
