Our Approach
Albion Environmental Ltd work with the client to identify the type of coaching required prior to work commencing. Some typical types of coaching include:-
- Traditional coaching to help staff define tasks and processes and measure results
- Transitional coaching to deal with large scale structural change
- Transformational coaching to enable individuals and / or organisations to move towards completely new ways of working
All this work is undertaken by ILM and Business Coaching Foundation qualified coaches. Coaches are also experienced environmental consultants and trainers with extensive practical experience in the waste sector.
Client Delivery
We work with the client to agree a Coaching Contract. This will include reason for coaching partnership, specific goals to be achieved as well as length and duration of contract.
By defining these parameters at the outset it is possible to identify a direct ROI from our coaching partnership.
Coachee Delivery
Using the Client Coaching Contract we then develop individual Coaching Contracts with relevant members of staff.
Coaching sessions follow the following simple format;
- Complete Coachee Profile
- Agree Coachee Contract
- Coaching Session (1 to 2hours maximum)
- Coachee Feedback
- Follow up sessions
At all times it is the coachee who delivers the performance and business improvements.
