Under the Waste Management Licence Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2003 you need to register with SEPA by 1st October 2003 if you wish to carry out any of the following-

Paragraph 7 – treatment of land for agricultural benefit or ecological improvement

Paragraph 9 – reclamation or improvement of land

Paragraph 19 – waste for construction or other relevant works
